Studio & Cancellation Policies
All Well Life Guidelines
When you arrive, please leave outdoor shoes at the entry you came through and be mindful a class might be in session, therefore please keep the noise down.
Grip socks are required for all classes - they are also available for purchase at the studio.
Our daily enhanced water is available free of charge in the pilates studio as well as fresh towels.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and help keep your fellow class participants safe. Simply email us and we can help rebook any classes or private sessions you may miss.
Please be sure to wear suitable workout gear as regular clothes could have a negative effect on the machines. If you are unsure, please reach out to the clinic before your visit.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your class or appointment and turn phones on silent to avoid disruption to other classes.
Restroom facilities are available and general toiletries are provided. Please note there is not a shower for public use at this time.
Class Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations within 48 hrs of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment value. Notice within 24 hrs of your appointment will be a 100% charge. No shows will also be a 100% charge.
Please make note of class pass expiration dates upon purchase - all class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Private/Duet Cancellation Policy
All Well Life requires 48 hours notice for all Private and Duet Sessions. When booking the entire studio the booking is final and non cancelable.
